Kelli Dunham is an ex-nun, nurse, and comedian. For more than two decades, they've traveled the world sharing their reflections on care and caregiving. And now, on Cared For, they're inviting you into their care circle.
Join us on this sound-rich, narrative journey as we consider how we can care for ourselves and our communities, and how we can, just maybe, create a world where it’s easier to do both.
Topics include the big stuff—like aging and grief—and the stuff that can feel big when we try to tackle it on our own, like finally getting to that doctor's appointment.

On February 13, 2007, in Portland, Oregon, Heather MacAllister used medical aid in dying to end her life. Today, for our season finale, we're honored to have members of Heather's caregiving circle, also known as The Love Troopers, share their recollections of tending to Heather—and each other—through her illness and final day.
This February, New York became the 14th U.S. jurisdiction to authorize medical aid in dying. It will go into effect this August.
