They're called Festas Juninas or June Festivals and they are the heart of Brazilian culture this time of the year. The earliest Category 4 Atlantic hurricane ever recorded is headed through the Caribbean right now. So far, it's charted a path that is unusually far south. It is hitting Grenada on Monday. Ministers for the government of Barbados are in the Emergency Operations Center right now.
