This is a tale of hubris, vanity and audacity - how one man managed to accrue vast wealth by pulling the same trick twice. It’s a tale of private jets, yachts, secluded islands, suitcases bursting with cash. It’s about the collapse of Communism, the capitalist free-for-all that followed... and the creation of the oligarchs. It’s a tale of plain old human greed, lies, half-truths, deceit, double-dealing on an epic scale... and the self-delusion and gullibility of the rich - and the lengths they’re willing to go to get even richer.

We recreate the million dollar party that Viktor throws at his Aspen mansion, where he pitches his new scheme...buying up the Azabijani state owned Oil Industry.
